Once you and your doctor have decided that INVEGA SUSTENNA®, INVEGA TRINZA®, or INVEGA HAFYERATM is right for you, we will help you find resources you may need to get started and stay on track. We will give you information on your insurance coverage, potential out-of-pocket costs, and treatment support, and identify options that may help make your treatment more affordable.

If you have
Medicare or Medicaid
If you have government insurance like Medicare or Medicaid, Janssen CarePath can provide information about resources that may be able to help with your out-of-pocket medication costs. Call Janssen CarePath at 877-524-3579 or visit JanssenCarePath.com. If you have commercial or
private insuranceIf you have commercial insurance from a former/current employer, government employee health insurance, or insurance you buy privately or through the Health Insurance Marketplace, you may be eligible to save on your out-of-pocket costs for INVEGA SUSTENNA®, INVEGA TRINZA®, or INVEGA HAFYERATM with the Janssen CarePath Savings Program. Depending on your health insurance plan, savings may apply to your co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible.
- If you are on INVEGA SUSTENNA®, eligible patients pay $10 per dose, with a $8,000 maximum program benefit per calendar year or 13 doses, whichever comes first
- If you are on INVEGA TRINZA®, eligible patients pay $10 per dose, with an $8,000 maximum program benefit per calendar year or 4 doses, whichever comes first
- If you are on INVEGA HAFYERATM, eligible patients pay $10 per dose, with an $8,000 maximum program benefit per calendar year or 2 doses, whichever comes first
Not valid for patients using Medicare, Medicaid, or other government-funded programs to pay for their medications. Terms expire at the end of each calendar year and may change. There is no income requirement. Program does not cover the cost to give you your treatment. See full eligibility requirements.
